Terms
How billing works.
Straightforward terms. No surprises when you move in, and no penalties when you move out.

Month-to-month
No long-term lease required. Season terms (six months) are available for off-season boat and camper storage.

Rent & autopay
Rent is due on the first of each month. Autopay by card or ACH is available and is what most tenants use.

Move-in costs
The first month's rent and a refundable deposit equal to the base monthly rent are due at move-in. Final charges are shown before payment.

Move-out notice
Leave with 30 days written notice. We prorate the final month if you're out early.

Insurance
You keep your own insurance on the stored vehicle. The agreement covers the space, not the contents.
