Tire flat-spotting and dry rot
Covered bays keep direct UV and precipitation off the rig. Proper inflation and periodic tire checks remain important during storage.

Before you call.
Will a long coach actually fit and turn?
Our deepest bays run 46 ft, which takes a long coach with the tow bar off, and the drive aisles are wide enough to swing it in without a spotter. Clear height runs up to 13 ft, so measure your roof air units before you book.
How much notice do you need to get the rig out?
None. The lot is open 24/7 and the 46 ft drive-thru bays mean no maneuvering — you pull straight through and out.
Can I get out in the middle of winter?
Yes. Access does not change by season and the aisles are plowed, so a February pull-out works the same as a July one.
Can I work on the RV at my space?
Light prep is fine: loading, checking tires and getting the rig ready to roll. Fluid changes, welding and major mechanical work are not permitted at the bay.
