How do I know which bay size to pick?
Match the bay to the trailered length plus a couple of feet, and check the height of your tower or windshield against the door. Our bays run 11 ft or 13 ft of clear height, and we will walk the sizes with you before you commit.
How often can I access my boat?
As often as you like — access is 24/7 and included, 365 days a year. No gate to wait on and no code to forget. Aisles are wide and plowed in winter, so you can hook up and pull out without a spotter.
How do I measure my boat for a storage bay?
Measure from the tip of the trailer tongue to the furthest point back — usually the outboard or the swim platform, not the hull. Then add two feet. For height, measure to the top of the tower or windshield with the boat on the trailer, not the hull depth.
Can I shrink wrap my boat here?
Yes. Wrapping in your bay is fine, and mobile wrappers are welcome on site — just let the office know when someone is coming.
Can I get the boat out mid-winter?
Yes. The lot is open 24/7, year round, and aisles are plowed. If you are winterized and want it pulled, that is your call — we do not restrict access seasonally.

We do not do that work ourselves, but we can point you to local mobile winterization and detailing outfits that already service rigs stored here.
