01Use of our services
Our website provides information about storage services, allows you to request quotes, schedule tours, complete rental agreements, manage your account, and make payments. All services are subject to availability and approval.
You must provide accurate and complete information when inquiring or renting. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
02Storage services
Storage space is rented subject to a separate lease or rental agreement. The terms of that agreement control the storage relationship, including payment, access, prohibited items, insurance requirements, and termination. These website terms do not replace the lease agreement.
03Communications and SMS terms
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Reid's Storage regarding your inquiry, rental, payments, and account. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use our messaging services to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or spam communications. We reserve the right to suspend messaging to any number that violates these terms.
04Payments and billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees, deposits, and recurring rent in accordance with your rental agreement.
All fees and charges are described at checkout or in your lease agreement. Prices are subject to change with notice as provided in your agreement.
05Prohibited conduct
You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, interfere with site operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit malware, or misuse our communication tools. Storage of hazardous, illegal, perishable, or prohibited items is not allowed and is governed by your lease agreement.
06Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Reid's Storage LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
07Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reid's Storage LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reid's Storage LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Scott County, Iowa.
